I have been sleeping so well! I’m pleasantly surprised. The quality of sleep has improved significantly - waking up and actually feeling rested has been phenomenal. Haven’t been waking up in the middle of the night (which was a very common thing for me - at least 4 times)

As a Father of two kids, I am usually up early. Until I found ADG was waking up groggy and still tired. Since taking ADG I have been having deeper more restful sleep and waking up refreshed.
